With over 25 years of ministry and management experience, Nathan is passionate about helping leaders in their emotional and mental health so they can step into who they are called to be. He has experience as a pastor, missionary, and church network executive director. He is skilled in the development of leaders and teams through coaching and organizational training. He knows the pressures of leading in the church world and desires to be a support to grow healthy leaders and teams. He is married to Courtney and has 4 children: Ashlyn, Madysen, Kadyn and Judah.
