Curtis is active in his role as the Lead Executive Pastor for HighRidge Church based out of Ft Worth, TX. He left his corporate career in 2011 with the mission to bring the best of the corporate world to the church and the best of the church to the corporate world. He has seen too many great leaders invest heavily in their businesses but have sick bodies, unhealthy marriages, detached kids, and an empty or non-existent spiritual life. He’s also seen many great churches flounder because the leaders need help with their systems, structures, budgets, and other critical organizational skills. This leads to Curtis’ passion: growing people, growing organizations, and solving problems!
